As we aspire to create, and the main thing – to keep the pure ecological environment, as s heating system we offer already developed project on accomodation of heating pump in each house. The native land of such system of heating is a cold  Scandinavia where the given system of heating with using only energy of natural resources, faultlessly have been working here more than 50 years. All streets and access roads to the settlement are asphalted and illuminated.
To everyone land section there are brought:

• The water drain,
• Water pipe,
• The line of communication.
The water canalization and water supply for all settlement are centralized. The street is equipped by the canalization of waste rain water.
